​Derek Sessions, MSR-PT

Derek is the owner and a therapist himself. He is currently splitting his time between the North Charleston and West Ashley offices, but you never know where he might pop up! A Charleston native, he received his Bachelors in English at Queens College. He went on to receive his Masters of Science and Rehabilitation from the Medical University of South Carolina for Physical Therapy. He enjoys playing golf and soccer. He and his wife also keep busy with their two boys.

​Jon Holleman, PT, DPT

Jon is a physical therapist who graduated from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He has a background in orthopaedics, post-surgical care, and neurological rehabilitation. Jon grew up in Lexington, SC and then moved to Charleston following physical therapy school. Outside of work he enjoys spending time at the beach and anything that involves the outdoors.

​Sara Bryan, PT

Sara is a physical therapist who graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina. She has over 10 years experience as a orthopedic physical therapist. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
